2017 Victorian Underquoting Laws  Whitepaper

Brief: to develop the messaging strategy and copywriting for a new tool developed to help agents comply with new underquoting laws introduced in Victoria. 

Approach: worked with key stakeholders (marketing, business analyst, developers) to understand the principles behind the tool before translating this into the messaging. This messaging aimed to promote a free product for agents based on four key principles: leadership, accessibility, growth and trust.
