Content strategy | UX copywriting

In 2021, I led a complete content audit of Microsoft's existing Rewards platform. I provided in depth analysis and recommendations for all entry points to the platform (e.g., landing page, Microsoft desktop notifications, eDMs) and in-platform content and design. 

By providing a comprehensive list of recommendations and new copy for all pages, the entire ecosystem was refreshed to better distil the complexities of the points-based rewards system, increase sign ups to the program and increase engagement for existing members. 

The below is an example of the end result for the Sign Up landing page, bringing important information into a single view and better communicating the what, why and how of the program. The new content design also allowed for the introduction of 'Reward the world' messaging to promote the program's significant financial contribution to charities around the world and to start to tell a new brand story that builds on the why of Microsoft Rewards.
